Reading the article on this kid's wish to go to his local college was a touching experience in it's own endeavor. If you really think about a lot of Americans who take matters into their own hands and complete their future plans, you could understand how lucky we all really are in the world today. There are many ways to get an education. Also available is financial aid for those who are a little 'strapped' due to today's economy. But with some people, there are many downfalls and regulations to pursuing a decent education. You must be a legal citizen and you must have a form of payment unless you opt in on a funded scholarship. Some parts of this article are very confusing and leave you questioning the system somewhat biased to what this author is trying to deliver.
