Reading the article on this kid's wish to go to his local college was a touching experience in it's own endeavor. If you really think about a lot of Americans who take matters into their own hands and complete their future plans, you could understand how lucky we all really are in the world today. There are many ways to get an education. Also available is financial aid for those who are a little 'strapped' due to today's economy. But with some people, there are many downfalls and regulations to pursuing a decent education. You must be a legal citizen and you must have a form of payment unless you opt in on a funded scholarship. Some parts of this article are very confusing and leave you questioning the system somewhat biased to what this author is trying to deliver. Jennifer Colton
Partly cloudy with a slight chance of a storm, that's how the days were going for Jenny. Short day at work, and a long night at home; with nothing much in between. She remembers how it was, sitting at the vanity repairing what the last 4 hours had given her for dinner. She was an abused woman. Abused by someone she should have left years ago but chose to stay. Sometimes she thinks about her past and begins to cry. "What are you crying about Jenny? Why do you chose to stay in this hole with deception and lying to yourself", that's what her best friend used to ask. There had been many a night she'd call in an early morning hour, sobbing over the phone lines like a hotline recruit. She had been punched, tortured, had quite a few more sick days than your average, hospitalized twice, with a recently repaired hip fracture. After the last beating, she vowed this was the last and could take no more.
She was wiping her bruises with alcohol when the delivery guy knocked on the door asking her if her name was correct for a delivery package. This was one of the days and the last day she could take her lifestyle and decided to leave. She packed her bag like a runaway, then called her best friend to pick her up; leaving her own vehicle behind. She moved to the suburbs in a small apartment searching for a job while living off of the money she had saved for this rainy day. "Everything is going great and on my own", is what she would say.
Jenny found a job as a receptionist making about $12-13 dollars an hour, driving an SUV, and out every weekend. "Finally", she said. Sitting and thinking about what this kind of setting could give her as a future plan.
Any kind of disagreement was far behind and unheard of until April 13th. She walked into the office and fell to the ground almost, in a fright that rocked the universe! It was the crusader, the liar, the death of everything.
Her co-worker helped her and asked, "what is the matter", so frantically torn in her direction. Jenny took another glimpse and noticed it was a replica. A mad costume design of what she knew as terror on a train!
She was asked her name by this presence of nail-biting and slowly responded: My name is Jennifer, Jennifer Colton.

I paused for a moment when I was sending this ad to Facebook. That guy
is like household company when he's on TV. This was as shocking as Michael
